Literature:Definition

The word literature is traditionally used in those speculative words of poetry and prose distinguished by the intentions of its writers and poets and the apparent beauty of their execution. Literature may be categorized into different categories, including language, country of origin, historical period, genre and subject matter.

However the story is different and the characters change, but the basic themes remain the same in the texts that keep coming up. Here are some themes in English books that are always green.


So, first of all you can ask the question what are the themes in the books. The theme represents the basic concept of a piece of literature. As you read the themes in the books, you can point them to the story, the characters, the plot, the climax, and so on. Since they all have different ways of looking at the same thing, the interpretation of the themes in a book may vary from person to person.


From time immemorial, almost all types of themes have been discussed in English texts and therefore, it is almost impossible to find a theme that remains untouched by poets and writers of various eras. The themes in the books provide valuable individual lessons that inspire him to be a better person.


Here are some basic themes in books used by poets and writers over and over again:


Love conquers all:

Over the years, the theme of love has been at the heart of literature. Love is presented as something that one cannot do without it and therefore, he does not hesitate to die for it. Whatever happens to the whole piece of literature, in the end, the lover wins everything and the normal state is restored.


Blood Relationships:

The family is the basis of the relationship and therefore, is one of the most common themes in the literature. If you read Jane Austen, family and home stay are central and in this comes all sorts of modern books.


Civil war:

Human warfare is an inevitable part of a document that can contradict society, or even injure itself. A person is often portrayed as someone who is always fighting against something or something.


Honesty is a leading policy:

It is one of the most common themes in books. In many books, it is shown that good overcomes evil. Goodness or honesty is always rewarded.


Inevitability of Death:


Most books point to the fact that death is inevitable. The author represents various stages of life including grief, struggle and survival that inevitably lead to death.


These are some of the most common themes that you can find on the books. Many books, poems, novels, myths or non-fables written these days revolve around them. Other endless themes in the texts of birth and death, freedom, isolation, violence, cruelty, nature, happiness, materialism etc.

Beauty, Quality and Reality

  Three things are important in our life. These are Beauty, Quality and Reality. Beauty Beauty is important but it is temporary. We cannot choose a beautiful person as our prime minister or president. We cannot go to a beautiful peron for treatment of illness without quality of a doctor. Quality Quality is also very important. If someone has qualification of doctor we shall go for treatment if someone has quality of engineer we shall concert for building and so on.... But quality is also temporary thing because qaulity lasts so long as someone is alive or he/she possesses some qualification.  Reality But reality is the most important.
