The first stage of depression is very important. Most people suffer from silent and undetectable depression, while others behave without them knowing how to adapt to nature and exploring their opportunities for hope.

We all feel depressed at times but recover in time. After all, sadness is a part of life, we cannot always have everything good.

Depression is a disease that affects the state of mind and mind. It affects how you feel and think, increasing your sense of hopelessness and sadness.

Most people will suffer at least once in their lifetime, this can be grief, stress or illness that can lead to mild to severe depression.

Exercise: is a natural way to reduce the symptoms of depression and there is evidence that it helps improve your mood and mood.

Religion: This is a common and natural way to completely cure depression. Most people choose religions as treatment for depression. Most religions preach a religion that gives hope to believers, or that religion can bring guilt on past problems, after all memories are only an irreplaceable treasure but remembering the hope of forgiveness enhances feelings and mood.
